Being yourself takes courage.
Life can feel unsteady when undergoing significant changes or trying to make sense of something weighing on you. Maybe you’re stepping into a new role, starting college, becoming a mother, or changing careers, and the ground beneath you feels shaky. Perhaps you’re working through something painful from the past that’s kept you second-guessing yourself for years.
Therapy is a place to pause and catch your breath. It’s a chance to stop feeling like you must keep everything together all the time. Here, you can explore what’s holding you back: fear of saying the wrong thing, feeling like you’re not enough, or the pressure to meet everyone else’s expectations.
Sometimes, the challenges in life feel big and overwhelming, and other times, it’s the everyday moments that throw you off balance. It’s not easy to face those moments, but therapy gives you the space and support to explore what’s stopping you and how you can begin to show up differently.
We’ll work together to help you connect with your voice, learn how to set boundaries, and start taking steps toward the life you want – steps that feel brave, even when small.
It is okay if you haven’t quite figured it all out.
Whether you’re looking to feel more confident, learn to set boundaries, or find a way to move through grief or trauma, therapy is about learning to create the life you want.
We’ll work together to help you understand what’s beneath those feelings and build tools to move forward.
You’re braver than you think; we can help you see that for yourself.
About Cassie Sabol, LMHC
My goal is to help you face challenges confidently.
I help women and teens navigate the turbulent moments of life – the transitions, challenges, and doubts that come with figuring out who you are.
Whether you’re working through trauma, learning to speak up for yourself, or finding your footing in a new chapter, I’m here to help you explore what being yourself means.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck.
From personal experience, I know what it is like to question your choices, doubt your strengths, or wonder if you’re doing enough. Life throws so much at us; losing sight of yourself is easy. For this reason, I’m passionate about creating a space where you don’t have to perform or have all the answers.
I aim to help you feel safe sharing what’s happening and discovering your strengths. Through years of supporting clients, I’ve seen how transformative it can be when given a space that allows them to say what is on their minds while knowing there is no judgment here.
I’ve helped women move through grief and trauma, let go of perfectionism, and learn to ask for what they need. This kind of work isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it because it leads to more profound confidence, clarity, and connection with yourself.
But what matters most to me is meeting you where you are. Whether you feel like you’re barely holding it together or just starting to question the life you’ve built, we’ll work together to create a path forward.
Outside of therapy…
I drink too much coffee, lift weights, and create art. During my downtime, I watch anime, play video games, read books, and spend as much time as possible with my daughter and husband.
Life doesn’t come with a map, but you can find your way through even the most challenging terrain with the proper support. You don’t have to have it all figured out; you need a safe place to start.
Let’s take the first step together.
